This role focuses on networking and lead generation, ensuring the company has a steady pipeline of business opportunities. This is a non-sales role but is critical for nurturing connections and creating opportunities for the sales team to convert into business.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with key specifiers (builders, architects, designers).Attend industry events, lunches, dinners, and other social activities to network with potential clients.Generate leads through cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and other forms of communication.Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring they feel valued and connected to the company.Collaborate closely with the sales and design teams, ensuring leads are passed on smoothly and efficiently.Represent the company at trade shows, association meetings, and other relevant industry events.QualificationsExperience in a relationship management, account management, or customer-facing role, preferably within the design or construction industries.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with high-end professionals.Proven ability to network and build long-lasting professional relationships.Knowledge of the construction or design industry, particularly working with specifiers (builders, designers, remodelers) is a plus.Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple relationships and tasks simultaneously.An interest in working in a technology-driven environment is ideal.BenefitsHealth, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) or IRA with company matching.Paid time off (PTO) and company holidays.Access to cutting-edge technology at cost for personal use.Opportunities for ongoing professional development and training.CompensationBase salary of $45,000 to $55,000 plus commission#J-18808-Ljbffr
