The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team, providing immediate and effective support to clients and other attorneys. The firm offers a

bonus structure. Responsibilities: Independently manage a full caseload, including pre-trial and trial preparation, pleadings, motions, and hearings. Supervising deadlines and engaging in all stages of discovery, including ESI issues, taking and defending depositions, and risk assessments. Prepare and argue substantive motions in court, including case-dispositive motions, and participate in settlement negotiations. Prepare and examine witnesses, handle cross-examinations, and respond to evidentiary objections in trial settings. Develop and execute trial and pre-trial strategies, prepare litigation reports, and analyze legal risks. Qualifications: 3+ years of trial experience ( Jury trials highly preferred) Strong analytical, drafting, and writing skills with a solution-based mindset. Excellent organizational and time management skills in fast-paced, high-volume environments. Ability to interact effectively with judges, attorneys, clients, and staff. Licensed to practice in California, in good standing (required); ABOTA membership is a plus. Experience with legal technology and adaptability to new systems.
