You will also lead full-cycle recruitment for both hourly and salaried staff, onboarding, employee relations, workforce planning, talent development, and performance management.Connecting you to great benefitsWeekly PaychecksPaid Time Off, Parental Leave, and HolidaysInsurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance)401(k) w/ Company MatchStock Purchase PlanEducation ReimbursementLegal InsuranceDiscounts on gym memberships, pet insurance, and much more!What you’ll do as a Director, Human ResourcesPartner with company leadership to analyze human capital needs and set HR department initiatives in support of those needsManage recruitment team and work with leaders to identify talent needs, develop and execute on talent acquisition strategiesManage new employee onboarding and orientation activitiesProvide guidance and input on business initiatives including workforce planning, re-organizations, and talent management efforts; partner with managers to roll out efforts to improve the business, reduce cost, and streamline functionsConsult with leaders and provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues by conducting effective, thorough and objective investigationsAnalyze trends and metrics in partnership with leadership and corporate HR to develop solutions, programs and policiesIdentify executive coaching and training opportunities, develop training programs and participate in the evaluation and monitoring of their success to ensure objectives are metMaintain in-depth knowledge of federal and state employment laws, regulations, and HR trends to help reduce legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance. Partner with the legal department as neededProvide day to day performance management guidance to managers and executives (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)What you’ll needTo be 18 years of age or olderAuthorization to work in the United States for this companyBachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field12+ years of HR experience including talent acquisition and recruitment, employee relations, performance managementExperience and aptitude with HR SystemsProficient computer skills in Google Suite and/or MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsThorough knowledge of current trends and issues in Human Resources ManagementAdditional qualifications (if applicable)Previous experience in an HR leadership role within the construction or telecommunications industry preferred3+ years of department leadership experienceAdvanced degree with a concentration in HR or a related field preferredSHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferredSalary Range $150,000 to $160,000Why work with usYour career here is more than just a job — it's your pathway to opportunity.
