Overall project responsibility for client satisfaction, quality control, and financial performanceManage all phases of architectural projects, including project set-up, design, and construction administrationCreate and communicate clear and attainable project objectives and project requirements for the teamManage project scheduling, budgets, and set-up with sub-contractors, vendors, and consultantsManage a range of project team sizes, comprised of project architects, interior designers, job captains, and graphic designersTrack financial performance of projectsPrepare project proposals, negotiate contracts and fees, and coordinate the bidding processEnsure projects conform to contractSalary Range
