The associate will undergo a quarterly performance appraisal.Duties:Manage and update company profile and RFI information supply to customers by working with departments organization-wide.Produce bid plans, review and monitor progress, and resolve issues and problems.Organize resources to produce required bid deliverables and complete proposals within customer deadlines.Provide timely competitive pricing strategies on complex bids/quotes and RFPs that will increase company profits and satisfy the customer.Participate in presenting RFPs to senior management for approval of strategy, pricing, and offerings.Maintain a log of interested vendors and contact them whenever a solicitation for the services they provide is advertised.Document and submit RFPs, RFQs, and other important responses promptly and professionally, using discretion and protecting the company's competitive pricing strategy.Create and execute a plan to complete all competitive bids, meeting deadlines, and allowing enough time for executive leadership to approve bid proposals.Perform ongoing evaluation of bids in assigned territory and proactive planning for upcoming bids.Demonstrate the ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently or within a team environment.Utilize Costpoint Deltek, GovWin IQ, FedBidSpeed, and other local and state resources.# of Hires Needed:

Non-ExemptJob Requirements:Minimum of two years of college.Minimum of two years in sales and customer service.Familiarity with government regulations and compliance requirements.Knowledge of public sector procurement processes and policies, facility management, janitorial, security, staffing, and information technology processes.Proficiency in MS Office Suite.Strong analytical, written, and communication skills.Experience in working with contracts and legal documents.Ability to pass a character and risk screening.
