Support a high visibility defense program as a Program Management Analyst and provide management of quality review functions within the Program Management Office (PMO). Plan review of work products, including contract deliverables, conduct highly detailed quality reviews. Coordinate with program leadership, project leads, and other stakeholders for finalizing documents and deliver directly to senior defense clients under the program manager's supervision. Provide support to program’s business operations functions, which may include managing program’s cost, scope, schedule, risk, and quality delivery of capabilities, services, and deliverables associated with the work. Work with supporting teams, including architects, engineers, data integration, government/military staff, and Agile professionals, to ensure timely and quality delivery of capabilities and services throughout the performance period. Provide input to executive-level reports delivered to the clients on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis around cost, schedule, scope, and quality metrics and service objectives. Facilitate discussions with key stakeholders on deliverable status, working sessions, technical exchange meetings, and milestone reviews. Develop and maintain program management documentation and visualization tools to support decision-makers. Deliver training and guidance to project leads and project expediters to grow and enhance their expertise in improving program quality.Basic Qualifications:5+ years of experience in a DoD environment2+ years of experience with business intelligence tools, such as Tableau, QlikView, or Power BI, to support program management functionsKnowledge of policies and regulations governing marking and handling of documents containing classified information and controlled unclassified informationAbility to plan and manage deliverable review scheduling, and coordinate with stakeholders to drive timely deliveryAbility to provide clear guidance and feedback to delivery teams for improving quality of deliverables and other work productsTS/SCI clearanceHS diploma or GEDAdditional Qualifications:Experience with software development or technical workExperience performing quality review functions to ensure accuracy, clarity, and overall high-level of quality for a range of contract documentsKnowledge of software development processes and tools such as Jira or ScrumKnowledge of Agile Development or Product ManagementBachelor's degreeProject Management Professional (PMP) CertificationClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.Compensation:At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
