We are seeking a highly-skilled, motivated, and diligent Finance Attorney to join our dynamic team.Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of finance-related matters, including but not limited to UCC Article 9 and middle market financing transactions.Stay abreast of industry trends, laws, and regulations.Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Finance Attorney or in a similar role.Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the state bar.Extensive knowledge and understanding of UCC Article 9 and experience with middle market financing transactions.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficient in legal research and writing.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Strong ethical and professional standards.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.If you are a dedicated, innovative, and resourceful professional with a passion for this area of law, we encourage you to apply.
