Simply put, we take care of our advisors, so they can take care of their clients.Job OverviewThe Vice President (VP), Sales Strategy, LPL Business Solutions will be pivotal in shaping our sales approach, driving revenue growth, and enhancing our market position. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of sales processes, market dynamics, and customer needs, along with a proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies to drive the business development, adoption, and utilization of LPL's suite of Business Solutions.The VP will work with internal stakeholders and LPL Financial affiliated financial advisors, enterprises, and prospects across LPL's national footprint. The VP is responsible for partnering with internal stakeholders to execute and drive results.ResponsibilitiesCreating and maintaining a positive culture that values high performance, collaboration, transparency, and talent development.Provide sales support, strategy, and tactics to increase adoption and growth of LPL Business Solution sales to internal stakeholders including but not limited to: Relationship Management, Business Development, Growth Solutions, Corporate Strategy, Service and Operations, Product Delivery, Marketing, and Product/Platform Management.Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, ensuring the sales team is equipped with actionable insights.Provide field-facing engagement through territory in-field engagements and LPL Conferences. Partner with internal/external stakeholders for high profile and executive level engagements.Examine trends, develop insights, and create solutions in order to better support advisors and stakeholders.Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives, and adjust tactics as necessary.Achieve budget goals to ensure that departmental and organizational objectives are met and are in line with the needs and mission of the organization.Strong executive presence with the ability to interact with and influence internal LPL stakeholders.Manage attrition risk of Advisors and Enterprises by proactively partnering with internal stakeholders to resolve high profile and complex situations.What are we looking for?We want

continuous improvement .RequirementsBachelor's degree.Ability to travel up to 25%.7+ years experience in the financial services industry.5+ years experience in sales strategy and support roles.PreferencesExperience consulting and understanding challenges/opportunities of small business owners, Institutions, Enterprises, RIAs, and Large Enterprises Groups.Strong presentation skills, experience and comfort working with financial advisors and escalated issues.Strong relationship and people management skills.Strong communication skills, time, and priority management.Pay Range:
$179,200.00-$298,700.00/year. The pay salary range is inclusive of base salary and potential sales incentive compensation based upon the applicable incentive compensation plan for this position. Base salary is determined on several factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location. Incentive compensation is dependent on achievement of goals set forth in the incentive compensation plan.
