This client identifies and honors excellence, fosters a robust community of elite thinkers while delivering a diverse array of tools and resources to executive leadership nationwide.The Director of Sales & Community Outreach is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, growing revenue, and expanding the organization's outreach programs. This position plays a key role in increasing market share, building community relationships, and representing the brand at a regional or national level. The ideal candidate will have a blend of strong sales experience and a deep understanding of community engagement, ensuring that business growth is aligned with social impact goals.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to expand sales reach.Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive performance and hit individual and team KPIs.Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and adjust strategies to ensure continuous improvement.Manage key accounts and establish long-term relationships with partners and clients.Design and lead community outreach programs to strengthen the company's presence and reputation within local and regional communities.Build and maintain partnerships with community organizations, non-profits, and local businesses.Collaborate with marketing and public relations teams to organize and promote community events, sponsorships, and initiatives.Serve as the face of the company at community events, trade shows, and public speaking engagements.Develop strategic partnerships that align community outreach with business growth objectives.Work closely with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with outreach campaigns.Collaborate with product and service teams to ensure offerings meet the needs of the community and sales channels.Partner with leadership to ensure that outreach efforts align with the company's mission and vision.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.7+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Proven experience in community outreach or related social impact programs.Strong understanding of sales cycles, business development, and account management.Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing needs.Preferred Skills:Experience in non-profit collaboration or social responsibility programs.Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.Ability to create and manage budgets related to sales and outreach programs.Working Conditions:Regular travel to attend community events, client meetings, and conferences.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, when necessary for community events.
