What You’re Getting Yourself Into
As a Paid Social Specialist/Growth Manager, you will play a crucial role in the agency's efforts to act as an extension of D2C brands across various niches. You will be the primary point of contact for your clients, managing both the strategic planning and execution of their paid social media campaigns. Your main responsibilities will include overseeing media buying on platforms like Meta and TikTok, as well as developing and implementing strategies to effectively scale ad spend and maximize ROI for your clients. As a boutique agency, the goal is not to work with an overwhelming number of clients but focus on being a quality partner to 2-3 D2C brands.

How You Will Spend Your TimeAchieve key performance targets and scale ad spend by taking full ownership of media buying for client accounts and driving effective strategies.Increase clients' media spend aligned with business goals by developing and executing growth strategies tailored to their specific needs.Maintain high client satisfaction and informed decision-making by leading all client communications, managing expectations, addressing inquiries, and conducting regular performance meetings.Improve campaign effectiveness and drive better results by co-managing creative testing initiatives, setting up new tests, and analyzing their performance.Enhance overall media buying effectiveness through in-depth analysis of account performance and using insights to optimize campaigns.Ensure seamless integration of new initiatives and tests by collaborating with internal teams to align on strategic priorities and execute plans effectively.Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, updates, and best practices in eCommerce and media buying, actively refreshing strategies and methodologies to remain competitive and relevant.
Who You AreYou bring at least 4 years of hands-on experience in paid social media advertising, with a strong focus on Meta and TikTok platforms, ideally from a fast-paced agency or client-side role.You have a knack for project management, skillfully setting goals, crafting plans, and executing strategies while adapting to real-time data and feedback.You thrive in a remote work setup, showing self-motivation, stellar time management, and top-notch communication with team members and clients to keep everything running smoothly.You’re highly proficient in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager, with a deep understanding of their features, optimization techniques, and analytics.You possess strong analytical skills, adept at using third-party analytics tools to turn complex data into actionable insights.You’re a strategic thinker with a creative flair, able to develop innovative paid social strategies that hit client goals and connect with target audiences.You communicate clearly and persuasively, whether with clients or internal teams, making sure strategies and insights are well-understood.You’re a proactive problem-solver who tackles challenges head-on and finds effective solutions, always driven by results.You excel in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment, balancing teamwork with the ability to work independently when needed.
