Kodif is a well-funded startup, having raised $6.5M so far. Our Pre-seed round was led by Village Global, which is backed by Jeff Bezos, Bill Gates, and Reid Hoffman. The Seed round was led by Bling Capital, a prominent fund in Silicon Valley.
We have a growing team of 20+ employees. Founders are repeat founders, former senior engineer from Uber, Stanford MBA, and ex-Plug & Play.

You'll have the opportunity to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality software.

Position Overview:
As the Lead Machine Learning Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge AI solutions for customer support automation. You'll have the opportunity to build and lead our ML team from the ground up, working on innovative projects that directly impact our product and customers.Requirements
5+ years of experience in machine learning and AI
Strong expertise in NLP and large language models
Full-stack ML skills, from model training to deployment
Proficiency in Python, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
Experience with AWS services
Strong background in startup environments
Excellent leadership and team-building skills
Nice-to-Haves
Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
Experience in customer experience (CX) or support automation
Deep understanding of GenAI applications in business contexts
Prior experience as a technical co-founder or early startup employee
Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of ML/AI strategies
Build and manage a high-performing machine learning team
Drive innovation in our AI-powered customer support automation platform
Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to integrate ML solutions
Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and ML, particularly in NLP and GenAI
Contribute to the company's overall technical vision and strategy
