This role reports directly to the VP of Strategy & Planning, who leads Intapp’s Strategy & Planning team.What you will do:
Market Research and AnalysisConduct comprehensive market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.Support regular updates to market, competitive, market share and other data for executive reporting, board reports, and quarterly sales and business reviews.Analyze data to provide actionable insights that inform industry strategies and business development efforts.Strategic Planning SupportSupport Financial Services Industry leaders in the development of strategic plans and initiatives.Evaluate potential opportunities and risks associated with strategic plans and initiatives.Work closely and support stakeholders in Industries, Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Finance teams to align on overall Industry plans and targets.Become an expert on Intapp data and data sources that support development of Industry plans.Reporting and PresentationPrepare detailed reports, dashboards, and analyses for internal stakeholders and senior leadership.Visualize complex data and insights in an understandable and compelling manner.Client and Industry EngagementSupport Industry Principals and other executive leaders in preparation for client meetings, industry events, and conferences.Help develop thought leadership materials such as white papers, articles, and webinars.What you will need:
Strong quantitative, qualitative, and problem-solving skills.Strong presentation skills; ability to design, prepare and deliver high-impact presentations (high proficiency in PowerPoint).Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality finished work in self-standing manner under tight timelines.Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau).Superior communication skills; ability to create clear and compelling lines of argument.Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a tolerance for ambiguity and working in a highly dynamic environment.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment across time zones and geographies.Experience:
Experience in both financial modeling and strategic market analysis.Experience with SaaS businesses / business models.At least 5 years post-undergraduate business experience, ideally including as a senior analyst, associate, or manager in a Tier 1 consulting firm, investment bank, private equity firm, or enterprise SaaS provider.Experience working with and presenting to senior / executive stakeholders a plus.Significant familiarity with workflows / “day in the life” activities in Financial Services industries including Investment Banking, Private Capital Management, and Real Assets a strong plus.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or STEM; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.What you'll gain at Intapp:
