Senior Product Designer - Otter - Los Angeles

We are building technology that gives superpowers to digital restaurants to empower them so they can focus on what they do best: serving their customers.What you’ll be doingYou will be responsible for experiences across our Point of Sale (POS) system, one of Otter’s fastest growing productsRegularly participate in design critiques and product reviews to obtain feedback, iterate on designs and craft a stronger user experienceEnhance the restaurant operating platform by contributing to and maintaining the design systemClose collaboration with product managers, engineers and operations to conceptualize and build new features for our growing customer baseWhat we’re looking forYou have 5+ years of experience in product or UX designAbility to be a strategic partner by understanding the competitive environment and building a vision for how the product will fit in the marketStrong full-stack design skills; from interaction design to visual design to system thinking, and everything in between.Proven track record in building products from the ground up and working effectively with cross-functional partnersSolid communication skills and ability to effectively prioritize projectsFoster a collaborative team environment and make sound judgements based on user data, insights and business objectivesA deep curiosity and passion for the food industry, translating into innovative designs that change the way we think about how meals make it on a plateWhat else do you need to knowThis role is based in our Los Angeles office location.
