Your contributions will be pivotal in designing and optimizing defense systems that ensure national security and shape the future of space defense.KBR is seeking a highly qualified Data Analyst to provide support for the NRO Mission Operations Directorate (MOD). MOD operates, maintains, and reports the status of intelligence satellites and their associated ground systems, provides defensive space control and space protection, monitors satellite flight safety, and provides space situational awareness. This effort includes support to innovation labs developing new tools, models, and algorithms to operate and exploit satellite space and ground systems.Minimum Qualifications:7 years of experience with structured data to solve tangible intelligence problems using tools like SQL, R or Python programming languages, data visualization software, and statistical analysis.Ability to collaborate with organizational leaders to identify informational needs.Ability to acquire data from primary and secondary sources; clean and reorganize data for analysis; analyze data sets to spot trends in patterns that can be translated into actionable insights; present findings in an easy-to-understand way to inform data-driven decisions.Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related quantitative science field.Desired Qualifications:Master’s degree in engineering or related quantitative science field with 4 years of relevant experience with demonstrated expertise.Experience leading teams resulting in successful verification and test strategies/solutions for complex programs.Experience with cloud development processes.Experience with industry system engineering practices.Strong interpersonal skills in order to influence, collaborate and work effectively with all levels of internal and external leadership.Clearance:
TS/SCI with poly required.
