VICE PRESIDENT OF CANNABIS SALES - OREGONViridian Staffing's Client is looking for an experienced Oregon Cannabis Industry Head of Sales to drive the overall sales strategy and supervise a Regional Sales Team in the State of Oregon. Ideally, this position will be based in the Western Portland Area; however, other Oregon State locations may be considered as well.Founded in 2013, Viridian Staffing (www.viridianstaffing.com) is the premier staffing, recruiting, and HR consulting firm solely dedicated to organizations in and supporting the commercial, medical, and industrial cannabis/hemp industry.In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy to accommodate forecasted goals. You will have the opportunity to use your strong leadership skills to train, inspire, and motivate a team of sales account executives. You will use your 3+ years of Sales Leadership experience to establish quotas and goals for your team, based upon the KPIs and sales metrics you establish from your analysis of market data. Using your ability to develop and cultivate key account relationships, you will drive sales for the company. If you are a wizard at drafting, reporting, and analyzing sales data and are excited about professionally representing a cannabis brand at industry events, this could be the right position for you. You should also have CRM experience and proven verbal and written communication skills.You must have at least 6+ years of experience as a Sales Leader, of which 3+ years of that should be leading a team of over 5 Sales Account Executives in the Oregon Cannabis Industry. You are a Team Player and have proven experience developing successful, top performers. Ideally, you also bring with you some trade/channel marketing experience.
