Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related fieldAt least 7+ years of relevant work experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with a significant emphasis on backend developmentProficiency with our tech stack: AWS, React, GraphQL, Typescript, Node, MikroORM, PostgreSQL, Gitlab for CI/CD, Docker & KubernetesStrong understanding of database design and managementDemonstrated experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIsProven knowledge and experience with containerization and orchestration tools, such as Docker and KubernetesExperience in setting up continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelinesDemonstrated experience in implementing security measures in the software development processProven experience in designing and implementing distributed systems and microservice architectureDemonstrated ability to design, write, and test high-quality codeTrack record in scaling and optimizing backend applicationsDemonstrated analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skillsResponsibilities

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, with a significant focus on Backend development, you'll be a technical leader, guiding the design, development, and optimization of our internal and external servicesYour challenge will not only be writing scalable and maintainable code, but also ensuring that our systems are secure, resilient, and efficientDesign, build, maintain, and improve software across the stack, with a significant focus on backend developmentDevelop and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code that powers our internal and external servicesDesign and implement robust, scalable systems capable of handling high volumes of trafficImplement security and data protection measuresDevelop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for the infrastructureDebug production issues across services and levels of the stack, including participating in an on-call pager rotationPlan for the growth of Coperniq's infrastructure, anticipating future scale and complexityAct as a mentor for other engineers in the organization, fostering a culture of continuous learning and mutual growthManage projects end-to-end, including measuring project impact, success, and creating a reliability and maintenance plan for the futureAbout Coperniq
