Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field At least 7+ years of relevant work experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with a significant emphasis on backend development Proficiency with our tech stack: AWS, React, GraphQL, Typescript, Node, MikroORM, PostgreSQL, Gitlab for CI/CD, Docker & Kubernetes Strong understanding of database design and management Demonstrated experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs Proven knowledge and experience with containerization and orchestration tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes Experience in setting up continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines Demonstrated experience in implementing security measures in the software development process Proven experience in designing and implementing distributed systems and microservice architecture Demonstrated ability to design, write, and test high-quality code Track record in scaling and optimizing backend applications Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills Responsibilities

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, with a significant focus on Backend development, you'll be a technical leader, guiding the design, development, and optimization of our internal and external services Your challenge will not only be writing scalable and maintainable code, but also ensuring that our systems are secure, resilient, and efficient Design, build, maintain, and improve software across the stack, with a significant focus on backend development Develop and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code that powers our internal and external services Design and implement robust, scalable systems capable of handling high volumes of traffic Implement security and data protection measures Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for the infrastructure Debug production issues across services and levels of the stack, including participating in an on-call pager rotation Plan for the growth of Coperniq's infrastructure, anticipating future scale and complexity Act as a mentor for other engineers in the organization, fostering a culture of continuous learning and mutual growth Manage projects end-to-end, including measuring project impact, success, and creating a reliability and maintenance plan for the future About Coperniq
