Administration

Perform a broad range of professional administrative duties to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the CEO's officeCollaborate with a variety of local teams and designated departments in Poland to support the CEO's daily operational tasksCommunication

Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications, signatory requirements, and event schedulingProjects Support

Manage other assignments and ad hoc projects varying from small to large scaleAssist in prioritizing, planning, and tracking ongoing projects to ensure timely completionExpense Tracking

Track and reconcile travel-related expenses, ensuring timely submission of expense reportsDocumentation Management

Organize and maintain professional documents, records, and important paperworkEmergency Assistance

Be available to offer assistance during unexpected situations or emergenciesExecutive Schedule Management

Manage the CEO's calendar for both professional and personal commitmentsEnsure focus on priorities while handling routine tasksPrepare materials, agendas, and presentations for meetingsTravel & Event Planning

Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries for the executive's trips and meetingsCoordinate and plan special events as neededExtensive Travel – this position requires a high travel commitment, with up to 90% of the time spent traveling both domestically and internationallyConfidentiality & Discretion
