This role involves comprehensive case management, encompassing tasks from crafting pleadings to trial preparation. Responsibilities may range from appearing in court to conducting and defending depositions, providing client guidance, conducting witness interviews, and drafting/responding to motions.We focus on Business Litigation, Real Estate, Employment Law, and Workers Compensation Defense.Key Responsibilities:
