Corporate Counsel

Corporate Counsel Centurion Industries, Inc. is looking for a corporate attorney to join the team as their Corporate Counsel. Centurion is a mid-sized diversified metal fabrication and industrial construction services corporation with 1,000+ employees operating throughout the country from corporate offices in the Fort Wayne area. The Corporate Counsel will oversee the legal affairs of the corporation. These duties include matters related to corporate governance, taxation, real estate, employment and labor issues, contract drafting and review, intellectual property, and general litigation.
