ShipperHQ is a startup headquartered in Austin, TX making a big impact in the e-commerce shipping space. Founded in 2009, we are a premier supplier of shipping software for e-commerce sites, selling to both SMB and Enterprise customers. We have 40+ team members spread across the US, UK, Canada, India and Australia. 30+ members are based in Austin, TX. We are seeking an outgoing individual with a positive attitude who is willing to grow with the company.Responsibilities
Lead the positioning and GTM strategy for all ShipperHQ products.Position our products in ways that will strengthen our brand and boost sales.Develop and implement the most profitable plans to position and promote our products.Create the GTM Strategy and implementation plan for product launches.Produce creative GTM campaigns for product launches.Be the point person and product expert on the Marketing team.Develop product positioning, value props, and messaging.Translate technical details into benefits for the user.Follow and analyze market trends to position products.Craft compelling messages across marketing channels (landing pages, social, email).Partner with sales and account management teams to provide sales enablement materials and training to drive account growth.Collaborate with Product Management, Design, and Engineering to define the product strategy and feature roadmap.Set project KPIs, evaluate product launch success, and gather feedback from existing and prospective customers.Responsible for the end-to-end strategy and execution for product launches to produce sales enablement materials, product videos, and writing technical documentation.Collaborate with a motivated team, directly tying your results to organizational success.What We're Looking For
4+ years in a product marketing role in SaaS, e-commerce or B2B industries (experience launching a product that is early in its life cycle is a plus).Natural at staying on top of tasks and managing many dynamic relationships.Creative and quantitative thinker who compiles data to help drive decision-making.Thrives on the challenge of meeting tight deadlines under pressure, demonstrating a remarkable ability to swiftly adapt to changing needs.Proactive approach to communicating with stakeholders and self-managing reflects commitment to accountability and staying on track.Benefits and Perks
