Join our team to help shape the future of cloud services that are designed from the ground up for building and deploying GenAI applications.Job SummaryThe VP Product Management - Strategic Planning and Partnerships will be responsible for helping us evolve and execute our product strategy, fostering key industry partnerships, and aligning the company's product portfolio with long-term business objectives. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product, engineering, and sales teams, as well as external partners, to drive the growth and adoption of CoreWeave's offerings in new and existing market segments.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning:

Help refine the overall product & portfolio strategy, ensuring alignment with overall company goals. Analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for product differentiation and market expansion.Partnership Development:

Identify, establish, and nurture key partnerships that enhance the CoreWeave ecosystem. Collaborate with partners to co-create solutions, drive joint go-to-market strategies, and unlock new market segments.Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure the successful development and launch of products. Ensure that products meet customer needs and drive competitive differentiation.Product Portfolio Development & Management:

Collaborate with Senior Executives, Product and Engineering leads to evolve CoreWeave's processes and mechanisms for defining, building and launching new product offerings by bringing in industry best practices, while adapting to CoreWeave's unique culture.Market Research and Competitive Analysis:

Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis at the product portfolio level to inform product decisions and strategic direction. Leverage customer anecdotes & data to anticipate market shifts and engage product and engineering leadership to think through proactively address customer needs.Executive Leadership:

Provide leadership and mentorship to the product management team, while also working closely with executive leadership to align product goals with broader business objectives.Key Qualifications10+ years of experience in product management, strategic planning, or business development roles within the technology sector, preferably with experience in cloud infrastructure or GPU compute.Proven track record of leading product strategies, developing strategic partnerships, and delivering successful product launches in a high-growth environment.Deep understanding of the cloud infrastructure landscape, with a focus on GPU compute, AI/ML, and high-performance computing markets.Strong business acumen and experience working cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and marketing teams.Exceptional verbal and written communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Ability to think both strategically and tactically, with a passion for innovation and execution.MBA or advanced degree in a related field is preferred.CompensationOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $275,000-$340,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.What We OfferThe range we've posted represents the typical compensation range for this role.
