You Can Be.If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you!Bachelor's degree in business or human resources with a minimum of three years of experience as an employee relations advisor.Professional in Human Resources or other HR certification preferred but not required.Computer skills including Word, Excel, and company's payroll and HRIS package; including ability to streamline HR processes through HRIS self-service program.
