The Sr. Programs & Operations Manager will help drive the evolution and execution of Klaviyo’s partner program to support the rapidly growing ecosystem around us. Klaviyo’s partner program has fostered thousands of partnerships since its inception in 2019. As our market evolves, so will our program. In this role, you will help lead the evolution of our most important program pillars and manage operations of the program and partner strategy. This includes, but is not limited to, tiering mechanics, revenue share frameworks, rewards and benefits, and program measurement. Klaviyo’s ecosystem is one of our biggest competitive advantages, and it’s critical that we drive value back to our partners at scale. You will work with highly motivated teams across Klaviyo’s different organizations to ensure: i) the program delivers significant value back to partners, ii) it showcases the leverage partners bring to Klaviyo across the entire customer journey, and iii) our partner strategy aligns with Klaviyo’s core business priorities for 2025 and beyond. In This Role, You Will: Stay up to date on industry trends and partner performance metrics and insights to identify opportunities for program improvement and expansion. Coordinate regular partner program reviews and readouts for key leadership stakeholders. Develop the mechanics behind a new tiering and measurement system inclusive of Klaviyo’s different partner profiles. Evolve our rewards and benefits program to deliver value back to our partners at scale. Work with operations and systems to create program measurements that understand program effectiveness and impact on Klaviyo's priorities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations/Systems, and Product, to execute our vision. Contribute to the overall partnership strategy. Help manage the ‘rhythm’ of our partner team across core business reviews and other initiatives. We’re Looking for Candidates Who Have: 5+ years of experience in partner program strategy/management, operations/finance, or consulting. A proven track record of successfully developing and executing partnership strategies that drive growth and engagement. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. Excellent project management and collaboration skills. A passion for innovation and a desire to drive change within a growing organization. Results oriented, highly motivated, enthusiastic attitude and the ability to work independently.
