The Legal Recruiting Coordinator will administer all aspects of entry-level and lateral attorney hiring. This position is non-exempt.Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and is on a hybrid work schedule calling for 9 days per month in the office.Responsibilities:
Correspond with candidates, search firms, law students and career services professionals;Screen resumes, schedule interviews and maintain applicant files;Coordinate and administer fall on-campus interview program;Coordinate and administer the summer associate program (orientation, work assignments, evaluations, and event planning);Must be highly motivated with excellent judgment;Possess strong interpersonal, organizational, and oral and written communication skills;Work independently and effectively as part of a team;Must be available to work overtime and attend evening events as necessary.Qualifications Include:
Bachelor’s degree3+ years professional experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);Working knowledge of viDesktop preferred.Salary: 75-95k DOE
