ShiftPay Rate: $28.00/Hr. on W2Job Description:Multi-tasking Administrative help needed for the Bureau of Health Professions Licensure, Multi-Boards. Fast Pace, high volume unit.Maintain office operating procedures and assist in developing and coordinating implementation of new ones with the input and approval of the Executive Director.Assist the Executive Director and/or Assistant Executive Director in maintenance of all Board meeting minutes; schedule meetings and maintain appropriate electronic meeting/event calendars.Answer routine office correspondence relative to board regulations, policies, and licensing laws.Update and generate computerized data and correspondence. Operate Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, Mail Merge, and PowerPoint software programs proficiently.Maintain files and records such as complaint, correspondence, electronic and telephone responses/inquiries.Receive walk-in, written, e-mail, and telephone inquiries and answer or refer them to appropriate parties for action.Draft letters, memoranda, and reports for review by Executive Director.Process license applications and maintain entries in the licensing database.Respond to inquiries and provide information to various local, state, and federal agencies and professional organizations as needed.Support Executive Director in the coordination and implementation of regulations governing certification and practice for the new Board as assigned.Process applications for licensure and other required forms under the direction of the Executive Director for new Boards as assigned.About Us:Founded in 2009, Intellipro is a global leader in talent acquisition and HR solutions.
