This role is perfect for someone who thrives on collaboration and innovation, focusing on optimizing our digital shelf strategy to captivate customers and enhance brand performance.Essential ResponsibilitiesChampion Digital Shelf Excellence: Lead the charge in managing and executing digital shelf activities to support Wilton’s eCommerce strategy. Your goal is to ensure our digital content is engaging, effective, and consistent across major platforms like Wilton.com, Amazon, Walmart, and others.Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with sales and marketing teams to strategize and implement shelf expansion, prioritize SKUs, and develop best-in-class eCommerce content. Your contributions will be pivotal in creating a seamless and compelling consumer experience that drives conversions.Optimize Product Listings: Identify and address content needs for product pages, including compelling copy, high-quality imagery, engaging videos, and enhanced content. Ensure that every product detail page (PDP) is optimized for maximum performance and visibility.Analyze and Enhance Performance: Utilize your analytical skills to monitor and assess brand health and performance metrics across various retailers. Collaborate with sales leaders to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure accuracy in inventory management.Stay Ahead in eCommerce: Keep abreast of the latest eCommerce trends, consumer behaviors, and technological advancements. Your insights will help keep our digital shelf strategy on the cutting edge.Education and ExperienceBachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university with an emphasis in Marketing, Business or related field.Minimum of 2+ years of eCommerce or digital marketing experience required.Previous experience with content management systems, particularly PIM systems including Salsify, 1WorldSynch, Syndigo, or Widen.Passion for detail and blending qualitative and quantitative information to enhance brand content.Digital Shelf Expertise: Demonstrated experience in managing digital shelf content and a strong grasp of eCommerce best practices.Content Management: Proficiency in overseeing content creation and syndication to ensure high-quality and impactful digital assets.Analytical Skills: Ability to track performance metrics, analyze data, and use insights to enhance product listings and brand health.Collaborative Approach: A team-oriented mindset with a knack for working closely with sales and marketing teams to achieve shared goals.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesProficient MS Office skills – PowerPoint, Excel, Word.Outstanding project management experience.Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.Self-starter who can work in ambiguous environments.Comfortable building trust and influencing cross functional partners.Proven track record to flex management style/ways of collaborating based on individual market needs and level of Digital Shelf maturity.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment/start-up mentality.Physical DemandsProfessional office environment, sedentary in nature.Routinely use standard office equipment such as laptop computers, monitors/keyboards, printers, and telephones.Processes information and communicates effectively with others.Wilton values an engaging in-person work environment with focus on cross-functional collaboration and problem solving.
