Senior PM/BA with EMR/EHR experience.
This is a very long term contract opening. The job is onsite to start and will eventually be hybrid.Client:

Submissions without this information will be deleted.Senior Project Manager/BA (EMR/EHR Project Management) Responsibilities
Manage and control project and project delivery teams to meet project deadlines, escalate issues for appropriate and timely resolution, and adhere to project management methodologies.Requirements gathering, functional specification development, application implementation and business analysis principals.Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Hospitals workflow within the various functional areas, including clinical, financial and administrative disciplines.Lead the planning and coordination of projects, including procurement, system configuration, testing, implementation, systems integration, training, activation and deployment.Responsible for managing essential project relationships and resolving project issues.Work with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, e.g. hospital leadership, application owners, vendors, clinicians and support staff.Create and maintain required project documentation and communicate all relevant project statuses and priorities to senior management, project sponsors, stakeholders, and project team members in a consistent, timely manner.Maintain Risk Register and Issues Log.Manage project budget, ensuring deadlines and cost targets are met.Serve as a liaison between business, clinical and technical project stakeholders.Evaluate new IT strategies and procedures.Assist as needed with non-EHR projects ESH/RISPH IT projects in a BA or PM capacity.QUALIFICATIONS
Strong Project Management/BA experience implementing large scale healthcare IT projects at the Enterprise/institutional level.Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.At least 5 years' worth of relevant project management and business analyst experience.Familiarity with PMI principles required; PMP certification desirable but not required.Preferred to have been a Senior PM for at least 2 enterprise wide EHR/EMR projects.Experience managing projects with multiple external interfaces including various ancillary systems (Lab, Pharmacy, etc.). HL7 and FHIR familiarity desirable.Must possess strong customer service skills and mindset.Ability to meet project deadlines under pressure.Strong communication skills and ability to work with individuals with diverse backgrounds.Proficient in the use of MS Office and other project tools.
