Hospital Chief Quality Officer

This top-ranked hospital is actively seeking a Hospital Chief Quality Officer to join their team. Reporting directly to the Hospital Chief Medical Officer, the Executive Quality Officer (CQO) will have the wonderful opportunity to lead and direct all quality management and regulatory activities across the 250+ bed short-term acute care hospital, along with 3 external freestanding emergency departments. The Chief of Quality will utilize core measures and strategic initiatives to oversee their 3 direct reports and accompanying indirect reports, leading the infection prevention, quality, patient safety, and risk management departments. The Vice President of Quality Management will be largely responsible for data collection and presenting associated findings to hospital executive leadership and members of the interdisciplinary teams. The leadership team is seeking an energetic quality leader who is prepared to run a hospital-wide quality council, and present to a board of trustees as well as other integral hospital executives.
