You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and achieving company objectives through effective sales strategies, team development, and customer acquisition.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute “high intensity” outbound sales strategies that align with the company's overall business goals and market trends.Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of early career sales professionals.Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to managers and sales team members to ensure their success.Set and manage sales quotas and daily performance metrics.Track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field.10+ years of sales experience.3+ years of 2nd line sales leadership, preferably in a marketplace.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.Strong leadership and management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience with CRM and sales enablement tools.Strong understanding of sales analytics and reporting.Preferred QualificationsMBA or other advanced degree.Proven ability to build and scale sales teams.Experience with a variety of sales methodologies (e.g., solution selling, consultative selling).Here at Xometry we believe in diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.
