Sales and Service Support
to join our Ferrari Silicon Valley team. This is a great opportunity to work for an exciting company in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time role which will include working Saturdays.This is what we offer:Opportunity to work in a cohesive and supportive team environmentComprehensive insurance plans - medical, dental, vision, life insurance, health savings account, and flexible savings accountUnlimited professional training opportunitiesPaid vacation days, sick days, and holidaysOpportunity for advancement in a growing companyBrand new, state-of-the-art facilities and equipmentHere is what an ordinary day of work may look like:Inspecting each vehicle for damage prior to parking and report any findings to management immediately.Receiving vehicles from transportation company, process paperwork as needed.Ensuring that each vehicle is inspected prior to delivery to customers.Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner.Maintaining vehicles in each showroom.Constantly moving vehicles on the dealership lot.Assisting with showroom setup and photography.Assisting with dealership pick-ups and deliveries (for parts or automobiles).Clear vehicles from service drive and setup front line vehicle display.Inspect and park incoming service vehicles (Including floor mats, seat covers and sun shields).Coordinate needed vehicle pickup washes with service manager/advisor.Check ready status (fuel/wash) of service courtesy vehicles.Confirm cosmetic condition and battery tender status of showroom vehicles.Washing/drying exterior of vehicle.Cleaning wheels, tires and inspecting the quality of the vehicle.Cleaning all glass components thoroughly.Inspecting and cleaning engine compartment.Assisting with general dealership maintenance.Maintaining strict adherence to dealership policy on client vehicle care and operation.The opportunity is for you if you have:Strong attention to detail.Self-motivated and diligent.Clear focus on delivering work of the highest quality.Computer literacy, strong organizational and follow-up skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times.High school diploma or equivalent.Ability to be insured to operate a motor vehicle.Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check.Pay range for this role is: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour.This job description in no way implies that the duties listed here are the only ones the employee may be required to perform.
