Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. for any employer directly (we are not open to contract or “corp to corp” agreements).Overview:We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic Agile team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement software solutions by analyzing user needs, studying systems flow, and evaluating work processes. This role requires hands-on expertise in Salesforce application development, including both code-based and no-code solutions. The developer will be actively involved in all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from analysis and design to implementation and support, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.Responsibilities:Develop and implement software solutions by studying user requirements and system workflows.Design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Aura Components, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.Utilize no-code solutions, such as Flows, Process Builders, and Workflow Rules, to meet business requirements.Integrate Salesforce with third-party and on-premises applications using REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and other web technologies.Perform data migrations, system integrations, and classic-to-lightning upgrades as needed.Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, coding standards, change control, and version management.Collaborate with the Agile team to complete deliverables according to the definition of done.Document solutions, conduct peer reviews, and analyze root causes of defects to improve system performance.Provide on-call support and troubleshooting as needed for production environments.Create custom reports and dashboards to support business insights.Support DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and build/deployment tools.Requirements:8+ years of experience developing Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Aura Components, and LWC.Strong knowledge of no-code solutions within Salesforce, including Flows, Process Builders, and Workflow Rules.Extensive experience with SDLC processes, coding standards, version management, and secure Salesforce architecture.Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with other systems using APIs (REST & SOAP) and web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, XML).Proven expertise in data migrations, system integrations, and Salesforce lightning upgrades.Familiarity with authentication protocols (OAuth) for third-party integrations.4+ years of experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines, such as Git or Flosum (preferred).2+ years of experience creating custom reports and dashboards in Salesforce (preferred).Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.To Apply for this Job Click Here#J-18808-Ljbffr
