As the Lead Robotics Engineer, you'll be responsible for leading our robotics engineering efforts and driving innovation in robotic systems. You'll lead a team of talented engineers in designing, developing, and deploying advanced robotic solutions across various domains. Lead and mentor a team of robotics engineers, setting technical direction, defining best practices, and driving innovation in robotics technologies.System Design:

Design and architect robotic systems, defining requirements, subsystems, and interfaces to meet project objectives.Hardware Development:

Develop and integrate robotic hardware components, including sensors, actuators, and control systems, ensuring compatibility and performance.Software Development:

Develop software for controlling and operating robotic systems, implementing algorithms for perception, planning, and control.Autonomy:

Develop autonomous capabilities for robotic systems, including perception, navigation, and decision-making algorithms.Integration and Testing:

Integrate hardware and software components into complete robotic systems, conducting testing and validation to ensure functionality and performance.Safety and Compliance:

Ensure robotic systems comply with safety standards and regulations, implementing safety features and protocols to mitigate risks.Documentation:

Create technical documentation, including design specifications, system manuals, and test reports, to support development and deployment activities.Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, and software developers, to deliver end-to-end robotic solutions that meet customer requirements.Research and Innovation:
