Arcadis seeks an experienced Brand and Experience Strategist to join The Experience Design Studio, in its Los Angeles, California office. Our Studio’s responsibility is to “help choreograph the design of the built and digital environment.” Working with our architecture, interior, master plan and other design teams, we deliver branded and experience-rich environments, focused on the user experience - from individual retail stores to large mixed-use projects.We are looking for a talented designer capable of researching, analyzing and then helping create the strategic vision for a wide variety of project types in the built environment. Candidates must have strong research, analytical, and conceptual skills plus the ability to document them or communicate them graphically.Responsibilities
Researches and understands market conditionsHelps create brand, experience strategy, and vision for world-class projectsStrategizes to appeal to market demographicsWorks closely with senior staff supporting design and environmentsQualifications
Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, environmental design, advertising, or related fieldEntry – 4 years of Brand and/or related experienceExperience in brand strategy development, advertising, graphic designExperience in the built environment is a plus, but not mandatoryExcellent writing skillsGood graphic capabilitiesInteracts well with other disciplines and clients in a manner that builds productive relationshipsExperience with Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop,) MS Office (PPT, Teams)Our Commitment to Equality, Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging
