The current of 10 is responsible for the executive recruitment, assessment, internal mobility, succession planning and organizational strategy for this population. The key peers are the three Executive Talent Partners for Go-to-Market, Corporate, and International.About the RoleReporting into the Director, Global Executive Talent, the Sr Executive Talent Partner - Product & Technology will be responsible for partnering with our Co-President, recently promoted CPO and their leadership teams across Technology and Product. The focus for the role is managing the client and beyond the table stakes of executive recruiting to fill open roles will be a proactive talent advisor with an informed POV on leadership org design, internal mobility & development, succession planning, and evolving the leadership profile for the future vision of our product.The Executive Talent Partner will work closely with the TA Operations, B&D, Legal, Finance, HR and Total Rewards, to ensure high quality search execution.Successful candidates will have a solutions focused approach, professional presence, nimbleness, and flexibility required to optimally collaborate with executives, as both clients and candidates. The Executive Talent Partner is an IC role but will function as the lead for the dedicated talent intelligence / researcher and program coordinator to deliver a world-class experience for hiring managers and candidates (internal and external). The successful candidate will be highly influential in advising Workday’s senior leaders on best practices and strategies related to leadership talent. They will also have the opportunity to participate in global talent initiatives that are relevant to the global organization’s strategy.ResponsibilitiesLead the strategic planning and execution of executive talent strategies for North AmericaEnsure high quality execution and repeatability across all searches to support the company’s growth objectivesEnsure prioritization against our most critical initiatives including Diversity & Inclusion and Internal MobilityBuild strong partnerships with all customers through genuine relationship building and influenceServe as an advocate for leadership at Workday internally and externallyAbout YouBasic qualificationsMinimum of 10+ years of executive search experience in Technology focusing on sourcing, recruiting and closing VP level and above candidatesMinimum of 3+ years of Retained Executive Search firm experienceOther qualificationsAbility to effectively work in a matrixed environment and lead executive searches in a distributed environmentTrack record of building strong, consultative relationships with senior executives and HR Business PartnersThe ability to tell influential stories through data at the senior-most levels of the company; data driven approachDeep understanding around executive compensation plans, strategies and industry benchmarksExperience working in a multinational, multi-business unit environment in a retained executive search firm is requiredWorkday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things.
