The Clinical Program Consultant (CPC) is responsible for overall program management and integration of biophysical agent modalities and advanced rehab technologies by assisting their clients in identification of clinical and program opportunities, providing consultations related to enhancing patient treatment outcomes, and adding operational efficiencies. The clinical program consultant is responsible for managing ACP programs and technology integrations as the clinical expert within an assigned territory.The Territory for this position will include the following areas: Baltimore, MD and Washington, DC corridor to include Eastern Shore of MD and Southern DE. Ideal candidate would reside in Annapolis, Alexandria, Arlington or Fairfax, VA.Your Impact

Five (5) or more years of related experienceCurrent

licensure in physical therapy or occupational therapy

as a registered therapist.Long-Term Care or Geriatric Rehab Experience including knowledge of PDPM, Quality measures/5 Star ratings, Medicare and other LTC payer sourcesAble to travel as needed including overnight stays and adjust work hours accordingly as well as manage travel (including air flights and rental cars)A valid driver's license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger's Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures, and reliable transportationComputer proficient and familiar with software tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Zoom platform. Experience using an IpadExperience with using physical agent modalities and advanced rehab technologiesExperience/proficiency with Rehab Optima/Net Health EMR systemAdditional Success Factors
