Job Description Assists in providing technical support for one or many product(s) and/or product family. Responsibilities may include: Participating in new product development. Representing the customers' technical needs. Creating competitive analysis from a technical perspective. Developing and presenting technical product training materials. Working with the sales team to help resolve customers' technical questions. Participating in customers' visits and presentations. Owning creation and maintenance of data sheets and application notes. Acting as technical experts, consultants, analysts, and program managers. Responding to customer/client requests or events as they occur. Developing solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment. Qualifications Sr TME with over 10 years TME experience in Storage solutions and 10 years experience in nonvolatile memory solutions. Minimum BS degree in CE/EE/CS with preference for MS degree in related field. Customer support experience and engagement of at least 10 years, and at least 5 years supporting customers in the PRC. Additional Information For California, Colorado, New York, Washington, and remote roles: The compensation range for this role is $130,190 to $232,630. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
