You will work together with other highly dedicated and skilled colleagues focused on the mission of ensuring stable, efficient, and compliant IT services. Each day is an opportunity to push the boundaries of your potential, so join us as Principal Information Security Manager and become part of a global company, united by Genki.Key Responsibilities:Collaborating with the GHISO to develop and implement: FDB’s cyber security strategy.ISMS, Data Governance strategy, NIS2 compliance strategy.Assessing and managing cyber security risks.Ensuring organizational compliance with applicable regulations and standards.Ensuring the smooth operation and security of all assigned systems/technologies.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support and improve IT services.Qualification & Experience Requirements:Advanced degree (Master’s or higher) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.5-10 years extensive experience and proven track record in the IT industry, or any combination of education and experience that would provide an equivalent background.Experience with Risk Register and ISMS.Leadership traits and strategic planning abilities.Ability to make critical decisions confidently and mentor team members across various projects.Influence in shaping team direction and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
