You’ll work closely with our attorneys on estate planning, probate, trust administration, and conservatorships. You should be independent, detail-oriented, and thrive in a team-based, client-focused environment. Your expertise will help continue the success of our firm, and you’ll have the full support of our dedicated team.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents using Wealth Counsel and Elder Counsel softwareManage probate cases from start to finish, including preparing and filing petitionsPrepare trust administration documents, such as beneficiary notifications, real property transfer documents, and distribution agreementsCommunicate with clients and institutions on behalf of successor trusteesAssist with non-contested conservatorships for adults with special needsEnsure a smooth and exceptional client experience throughout the estate planning processQualificationsAt least 5 years of experience as an estate planning paralegalProficient in Wealth Counsel and Elder Counsel drafting softwareExcellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases independentlyStrong communication skills with a client-first mentalityA commitment to integrity, confidentiality, and delivering outstanding serviceHow to ApplyIf you’re ready to join a team where your work truly makes a difference, please apply by submitting your resume and a personalized cover letter through the platform where you found this ad or by emailing us at
