eBay is seeking a dedicated and dynamic product marketer as the Capabilities Lead to develop future product marketing capabilities that drive product development and go-to-market while streamlining team operations.

Responsibilities:

Build forward-looking capabilities to support product marketing inbound and outbound workflowsPlan, recruit, schedule, and set up rapid feedback sessions with customers with the goal of building stronger product marketing strategies, messaging and product namingAlign tools and processes with internal eBay teamsEnsure Product Marketing processes are agile and compliantCollaborate with Product marketing leadership to drive internal team operationsFacilitate the development of the quarterly Product Marketing roadmap and enable prioritization with PMM leadershipCoordinate with external vendors and agencies to oversee statements of work and deliverables by quarterEstablish and maintain PMM reviews, onboarding materials, and training capabilities to enhance PMM caliberQualifications:

4+ years of experience in project management, product marketing, or operations.Demonstrated ability in building capabilities and driving efficiency improvementsStrong stakeholder management and program management skills.Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments driving projects from strategy through implementation.
