As a Digital Multimedia Designer at the Federal Reserve, you will develop compelling digital content to educate and inform the public about the nation’s central bank. Our projects help make the fundamentals of the economy more understandable as well as keep policy makers informed on critical economic news. Reporting to the Assistant Vice President of Digital and Creative Strategy, you will develop creative digital multimedia experiences for the department, Bank and System platforms. This role supports the department by developing, maintaining, and enhancing the Bank's digital communication as well as providing direction and expertise in the digital content and multimedia space. The person in this role will work collaboratively across the Bank and system to deliver creative and engaging digital assets.

Job Description:You will create and develop motion graphics and photo/video content for external and internal communications, social media, recruitment, corporate training, and other enterprise-wide projectsDevelop creative concepts and storyboards that illustrate a clear vision of proposed motion graphics, video, and animations.You will create and develop graphics for studio projects and events including live-event production designCollaborate with internal partners and communications and content teams to prioritize requests and develop visually engaging visual content through photography or video for multiple digital channels and devicesProvide knowledge and insight into content needs to fit business solutions like: motion graphics, studio coordination, visual layouts, and other industry best practices.Contribute to the maintenance and upkeep of the photo/video studio and equipmentYou help acquire and maintain model and property releases and copyright for photos and videos on behalf of the Bank.Help provide direction into the development of storyboarding, production planning, and deployment of multimedia assetsYou maintain and develop strong relationship with internal partners with a focus on improving perception of solutions, quality, delivery, responsiveness, and problem solvingPerform other related duties as assigned.Subordinates : NoneScope Measurements : NoneQualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or relevant experience required.A minimum of 3 years' experience in developing and maintaining multimedia (motion graphics, animations, video, photography, audio, etc.) assets for communications channelsStrong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Media Encoder, Photoshop, IllustratorAdvanced understanding of composition, motion graphics, animation, and design principlesStrong attention to detail, timelines, delivery specifications and established project workflowsStrong background in photography’s best practices, shooting, and post-productionAdvanced editing expertise using industry standard software like Adobe Premier ProAdvanced knowledge of media creation for social media platforms such as YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.Please attach a link to your portfolioKnowledge and Skills:Critical thinking skills with an eye for process improvement opportunitiesSelf-starter and highly motivated; capable of working independently, yet collaboratively, within a team-oriented environmentAbility to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectivelyExcellent written, oral, and interpersonal communications skills with a high attention to detail and requirements.Current knowledge of industry trends and related technologies.Physical Requirements:
