As a Quoting Specialist you will:
Builds estimate, and prices circuit card assemblies at a level that keeps our products competitive and maximizes profit.Works together with multiple departments (i.e., engineering, quality, sales) as needed to ensure accurate quotes and lead times.Follows up on quotations and modifies quotes as necessary.Other duties as assigned.
This is a 1st Shift Opportunity
Pay Rate is $27-30/hr
The Ideal Candidate will have:
Having functional competence and a basic understanding of electronic assembly manufacturing process or production environment is a plus.Familiar with semiconductor and passive electronic components is preferred.Ability to negotiate for best pricing when needed.Strong understanding of Excel.Must have an analytical and process-driven approach with a high attention to detail.Must feel comfortable working in a dynamic, team-based environment where priorities are continually changing.Able to follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision within specified time framesAbility to communicate effectively with internal partners and external suppliers through multiple means such as email and telephone.Ability to multitask to meet deadlines.
