OverviewLeading consumer goods client looking for an experienced Industrial Hygienist. Ideal candidates should have at least 5 years of experience as an industrial hygienist in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry. Frequent travel is required for this role!

Responsibilities Key areas of accountability/responsibilitySupports/facilitates the timely and effective implementation of industrial hygiene standards.Supports in achieving the company targets.Provides support, leadership and expertise to the Regional SHE&S team.Defines knowledge gaps and develops competences.Leads the regional Industrial Hygiene network.Is an active member of the Industrial Hygiene Tier I network. Cooperates to the creation of global standards, processes and tools in industrial hygiene.Connects with external service providers.Support the investigation and follow up of health incidentsCreate, foster and maintain an environment of cross-regional collaboration, synergies seek, best practices-/knowledge sharing and learning to achieve an incident-free working environment.Monitor progresses and performance in industrial hygiene within the region

Requirements In-depth knowledge of industrial hygiene legal requirement and international best practicesAt least ~ 5 years of practical experience in industrial hygiene in the chemical or pharmaceutical industryManagerial and social skillsgood communication and social skillsExcellent advisory skillsDrive for performance

Good knowledge of local IH/OH laws and regulations
