Required Skills & Qualifications:
· California Medical License, MD or DO.
· DEA Certificate, CPR and Board Certification.
· Bilingual in English/Spanish is required.
· Good verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work as a member of a team. __
· Ability to work well under pressure and meet multiple and sometimes conflicting deadlines. __
· Available to work dependable, flexible shift. __
Description of Duties :
· Supervises residents, mid-levels, students, and other clinical support staff as appropriate.
· Group Medical Visit: Facilitation, curriculum development, training, and operational integration.
· Population Health Equity Physician.
· Helps develop the model of care for GMV.
· Teaches and instructs faculty, residents, and staff in GMV operations and function.
· Supervises and runs the GMV program with residents and staff.
· Examines, diagnoses, treats and/or refers patients assigned to physician’s panel.
· Keeps and maintains appropriate and accurate records and patient charts.
· Other duties may be assigned.
Salary Range: $100-125 per hour
