Volt is immediately hiring for Production Operator in Dalbo, Minnesota

As a Production Operator you will:

Prepare, operate, maintain, and stock assigned production line or stationMaintain equipment in full operational status by adjusting equipmentEnsure operation of equipment by troubleshooting malfunctions and notifying the proper individuals when needed for preventative maintenance or issues needing attentionMaintain quality by observing operations, adjusting with speed controls, and troubleshootingMaintain and clean equipment according to guidelines and expectationsReport on any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately

This is a Temp to hire opportunity

Duration: 12 Months temp to hire position

Shift timing:

2nd Shift: (2:00pm-10:00pm) M-F

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience working in a cold environmentForklift experience is a PLUS!Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience

Pay Rate: $18.00- $18.50per hour on W2

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
