Job Summary:The Civil Architect will be responsible for designing and planning structural aspects of the project, ensuring aesthetic and functional alignment with project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop architectural designs, sketches, and blueprints.Coordinate with civil engineers, construction managers, and contractors to ensure design feasibility.Evaluate project specifications and budget to align designs accordingly.Oversee compliance with zoning, environmental, and safety regulations.Conduct site visits to review project progress and quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.3+ years of experience in architectural design for civil projects.Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).Familiarity with building codes, zoning laws, and construction standards.Strong creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.
Architectural registration or certification is a plus.
