Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Construction Superintendent.

Position Type Full-time, ContractDuration 9 MonthsLocation Indiana, PA
As a Construction Superintendent, your responsibilities will be:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:• Responsible for overall project success including but not limited to day-to-day field operations, safety, schedule, and quality• Enforce jobsite safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings• Investigate, document, and resolve day-to-day field issues• Complete accurate job and progress reports and other job-related project documentation• Develop schedules and determine sequencing of work, identify and implement recovery strategies to maintain project schedule• Provide daily correspondence to the Project Manager related to progress and performance.• Maintain professional working relationships with Owners, Engineers, and Subcontractors• Lead weekly project meetings with Owners and Subcontractors• Organizing daily activities based on the goals of the project
Qualifications:• Minimum 5 years Construction Superintendent experience.• Work with and knowledge of multiple construction trades• Proficiently work with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Word, and Excel• Have driver’s license and own transportation• Work all shifts and days• Have a mobile phone
Top Skills:• MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) project experience.• If they have a history of having worked in PA schools in the past, that would be ideal.
The ideal candidate will have: MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) project experience.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:Pay Range*: $40-45 per hour*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
