Our Client, a Health Insurance Company, is looking for IT Infrastructure Transition Manager for their Chicago, IL/Hybrid location

Responsibilities:Lead and manage the implementation of enterprise-wide tools by working with various teams within IT.Collaborate with vendors to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.Develop and implement transition plans, including risk management and mitigation strategies.Coordinate with various departments to ensure successful project delivery.Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Ensure compliance with governance processes and standards.Manage project budgets and resources effectively.Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the transition process.

RequirementsThe IT Infrastructure Transition Manager will be responsible for overseeing the transition of IT infrastructure projects, ensuring seamless integration and delivery. This role requires extensive experience in vendor management, previous transition management experience, and strong project management and delivery skills.Proven experience in IT infrastructure and transition management.Strong vendor management skills, with the ability to negotiate and manage vendor contracts.Extensive project management experience, with a track record of successful project delivery.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Knowledge of governance processes and standards.

Preferred Qualifications:Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).Experience in the healthcare industry or similar regulated environments.Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
