Lead UI/UX design efforts for marketing websites and enterprise web applications.Manage cross-functional teams, including onsite and offshore designers and developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables.Oversee the development and maintenance of scalable UI design systems and frameworks.Conduct design and code reviews to ensure alignment with best practices and brand guidelines.Spearhead accessibility initiatives, implementing best practices and standards across all projects.Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into engaging, functional designs.Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and technologies, introducing innovative solutions where applicable.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, User Experience, or a related field.10+ years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.Expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager, Figma, Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, and Angular.Proven experience leading teams and implementing UI/UX strategies for enterprise-level projects.Strong understanding of accessibility standards and usability testing methodologies.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience transitioning websites to CMS platforms like Adobe Experience Manager.Familiarity with offshore team management and collaboration.Demonstrated success in creating user interface communities of practice.
