We're on the hunt for an ambitious Lead Product Marketing Manager (Lead, PMM) to drive Culture Amp's go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the company's core product portfolios and work alongside a team of passionate product marketers.

As a SaaS Product Marketing expert, you will bring a plethora of exciting features to market, drive awareness and user growth on our platform via innovative and creative strategies, and be the subject matter expert in competitive and market trends. Based in San Francisco and work closely with our Product team whom sit in Australia, the successful candidate in this role has a massive opportunity for impact.

You willDrive the GTM strategies across your portfolios to unlock awareness, activation, adoption, retention and expansion among your target users.Influence and rally teams to bring world-class products to market. Alongside your Product counterpart, you will be responsible for briefing the marketing, enablement & channel teams to execute your GTM strategy. You will oversee and guide the end-to-end delivery of your strategy and continually optimize it to ensure its successOwn the targeting strategy for your portfolio. This includes identifying best-fit users and developing ICP/buyer personas to inform targeting efforts across Marketing, Product, CX & Sales.Own the positioning & messaging for your product portfolios, and enable teams to use your positioning across the entire product and marketing funnel.Craft a compelling narrative to drive awareness and demand among your user base. In collaboration with marketing and sales teams, you'll bring this narrative to life via compelling campaigns and selling tools.Partner with product and marketing teams to ensure to own and drive continued adoption and engagement of our product base via onboarding and retention initiatives.Source and analyse market and competitive insights, and translate these into actionable workstreams for customer-facing teams with the goal of increasing win-ratesConnect the dots between product, marketing, Customer Success and sales. You'll have superb stakeholder management and be a world class communicator to ensure everyone knows what's launching, when and how it impacts them.You have

12+ years of business/general marketing experience ideally in international, B2B companies6+ years of direct product marketing experience (e.g. launching products, driving user growth, enabling internal sales, marketing & support teams, delivering presentations to customers and prospects, conducting competitor analysis and market research)Exceptional communication skills, which empower all stakeholders to support your product strategiesAbility to build strong cross-functional relationships with stakeholders from product, marketing, sales, strategy, CSSX and researchThe ability to identify and forecast potential business problems/opportunities and identify appropriate ways to rectify/seize the opportunities and prioritize resources.Extensive experience running complex cross-functional GTM launches and the ability to influence senior stakeholdersStrong experience crafting compelling positioning & messaging that drives product awareness, adoption and growthAbility to understand the market, competitors and core customer audience. Identifying essential trends and rectifying problems as they arise. In addition to base salary, your compensation package will include additional components such as equity and benefits. For sales roles, your package may also include sales commission

The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual skills, capabilities and experience, objectively assessed during the interview process. Base Salary Range (US)

$165,000-$175,000 USD
