Serve as the main contact for the executive leader and his executive team, overseeing calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements.Anticipate the needs of the executive team, ensuring they remain organized, well-informed, and prepared.Draft and refine correspondence, communications, presentations, and various documents for executives.Track, reconcile, and submit expense reports on a monthly basis.Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making processes.Manage confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.Organize and prepare agendas, materials, and minutes for executive meetings.Act as a liaison with the Board of Directors, partners, and internal teams on behalf of the executive team.Identify and implement opportunities to engage with the organization to support the leadership team.
